Working alongside the Heating Service Delivery Manager, you''ll help resolve challenging jobs and ensure services are delivered safely and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and complete complex repairs across domestic gas appliances and heating systems.Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and operational teams.Mentor colleagues and help improve first-time fix rates.Support difficult access cases and appointments requiring a flexible approach.Communicate professionally with residents and handle sensitive situations with care.Maintain accurate job records using handheld devices.Participate in the out-of-hours rota and provide flexible service cover.RequirementsRelevant ACS gas qualifications, including applicable certificates such as CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, MET1 and CPA1.NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, Heating or Ventilation, or equivalent.Unvented hot water ..... full job details .....
