The Integrations Squad within our engineering team manages the Workday integration suite supporting extend applications, including developing new integrations, improving existing ones, supporting deployment, and assisting with customer onboarding and support.Main Responsibilities

As a Lead Workday Integrations Engineer, you will:Design, deliver, and maintain integrations used in our extend applications.Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, implement, and support integration solutions using Workday platform tools.Build strong relationships with engineering, support, and consulting teams to ensure integration solutions meet all needs and are viable.Guide and educate team members on Workday integrations.Minimum Requirements

6+ years of experience in integration development, especially Studio development.Workday Integrations and Studio Certifications.Proficiency with XML, XPath, XSLT, and knowledge of an object-oriented language (preferably J2EE).Experience with agile tools like JIRA, designing workflows, and mapping data flows.Understanding of cloud computing, web services, and related challenges.Excellent customer focus and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and present to senior audiences.Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project/business dynamics.Broad knowledge of business and technology trends in HR and HR tech.Willingness to act as a mentor and improve tools/processes.Desirable Skills

Workday Extend certification or application development experience.Knowledge of Workday Marketplace and deployment patterns.Experience managing and developing teams.Additional Information
