Lead Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator£15.20 per hour plus Company Benefits40 Hours per week with some weekend workingA Top 20 Care Home Group 2026!Awarded ''One of the UK s Best Companies to Work For Please note, we are currently unable to offer sponsorship for this role.Netley Court is a purpose-built 65 bedded residential care home set in the heart of the village of Netley Abbey caring for dementia and residential residents.Our Lead Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator is both a management and a hands-on working role. Working alongside our wellbeing and lifestyle coordinators you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a successful activities and volunteer programme within the Cinnamon Home. This includes internal and external communication about activities-focused programmes for our residents, as well as networking within the local community to recruit, train and place volunteers within the home. You will introduce appropriate activities for our residents which support independence and identify activities in the surrounding areas that will assist our residents to integrate into the local community.
