Wellington Vale is an 80 bedded stunning luxury nursing, residential and dementia care home situated in Waterlooville, Hampshire Our Lead Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator is both a management and a hands-on working role. Working alongside our wellbeing and lifestyle coordinators you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a successful activities and volunteer programme within the Cinnamon Home. This includes internal and external communication about activities-focused programmes for our residents, as well as networking within the local community to recruit, train and place volunteers within the home.
