Oversee all clinical aspects of the practice, ensuring high standards of care aligned with RCVS guidance, industry regulations, and IVC Evidensia best practices.Lead clinical governance, protocol implementation, audits, quality improvement initiatives, and mentoring the team.Apply advanced clinical expertise in a leadership role with personal and team-wide accountability, in line with the Veterinary Surgeon role profile and RCVS standards.Who we are and where
