Lead Therapist - CAMHS and Eating Disorders

Description Priory Hospital Roehampton are looking for a Therapy lead to join the team on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. This will be working within the inpatient service. Priory Hospital Roehampton, a registered hospital in London, is a welcoming and highly respected rehab facility, offering expert mental health and addiction treatment. We support people facing a wide range of mental health challenges, providing specialist care for depression, anxiety and addictions. This is a leadership role with significant line management and operational responsibility. The post holder will oversee a team of therapists, providing clear leadership, performance management, supervision, oversight and workforce planning. A strong focus on operational efficiency, service delivery, and budget awareness is essential. We are seeking an experienced leader with well-developed management skills, the ability to drive performance, and a proactive approach to service improvement and team development.
