A Lead Test Technician with a background involving assembly and testing of electro-mechanical components and systems, will join a thriving award-winning Technology Company. Working within the thermal imaging space, the successful Lead Electro-Mechanical Technician will bring a range of knowledge to include fault-finding and debugging of electro-mechanical systems, assembly and SMT soldering, reading schematics and ideally some experience with optical assembly. You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and test processes, ensuring the efficient production of opto-electromechanical devices. To be considered for this Lead Technician and Production role you will possess the following: A relevant formal Engineering qualification. Familiarity across electronic, electrical and mechanical engineering. Proven experience of Electro-mechanical assembly techniques. SMT Soldering and PCB repair skills. Strong troubleshooting, fault-finding and debugging skills. Experience using a range of standard test equipment. An understanding of basic programming. Exposure to optical assembly is highly beneficial.
