      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;500 - &amp;pound;550/day | Type: Contract | Lead Test Engineer - Outside IR35 - 6 Month Engagement - (Birmingham Centre) - Office once per week     We are seeking an experienced  Programme Test Lead  to support a major public sector transformation programme. You will lead the design and delivery of a structured, outcome-driven testing capability across a complex ecosystem of systems, suppliers, and services.    Key Responsibilities    Define and implement a  programme-level test strategy   Ensure  end-to-end journey validation   Establish  integration testing across multiple systems   Deliver and scale  test automation capability   Provide  assurance, reporting, and risk visibility   Support  handover and future roadmap planning      Skills &amp; Experience    Programme-level test leadership experience  Strong  integration and end-to-end testing  expertise  Experience with  automation frameworks and CI/CD   Ability to manage  multiple stakeholders and suppliers   Public sector experience desirable   (Rullion is a recruitment agency)  Rullion celebrates and supports diversity and is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for both employees and applicants.&lt;/p</description>
