This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineering professional who enjoys leading from the front and making a real impact on operational performance. Previous leadership experience is essential for this role as you will be the first line of technical leadership on the floor, keeping the facility running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. You''ll work across a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, leading a small team of technicians and support techs while carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
