Role:- Lead Technician-
Location:Fareham
Salary:- -36,000 per annum +-OTE -42,5000 / -45,000
We are looking to recruit a-Vehicle Technician-for a Volume-Dealership in the Fareham area, offering-a fantastic basic salary, bonus structure and progression pathway:-
- More of a lead Technician role-with a -250 per bonus guaranteed a month for overseeing another Technician
- Mon - Fri only 8:30-5:30pm, with flexibility to do 8-5pm instead.
- Re-calls/basic warranty work, servicing & welt-belts - all senior diagnostic work taken care of at the Main site.
- OTE earnings of -45,000-
What do you need to to join?
- A qualification in Level 2 or 3 Light Vehicle and Repair
- UK Driving license
- Senior experience (5+ years and above)
