We’re proud of our unparalleled track record and reputation for delivery we’ve built over 30 years.Lead Technical Services ManagerLocation: LondonDivision: RetailAs the Lead Technical Services Manager, you will take full responsibility for the MandE delivery on site for various key client portfolios to maximize the overall strength of the business unit by working closely with the senior management team.Lead a team of Technical Services Managers to deliver a quality service and product to our clientsContribute to the growth of the business through building relationships and actively seeking market opportunitiesAttend and chair meetings with the client, designers, specialist contractors and internal teamProvide expertise advice in planning, executing and closure of the building services commissioning processSecure, develop and maintain strong relationships with specialist contractorsSkills and ExperienceIndustry recognised qualification within Mechanical or Electrical engineeringHas managed at a Senior level medium sized projects (£10m+) and preferably at least one large (£20m+) projectIn-depth knowledge of the construction process, preferably fit out/refurbishment basedPre-construction knowledge/tender experienceWhat''s in it for you?
