This role is ideal for an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking to take the lead on site, overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance activities while ensuring the smooth operation of critical building services systems. Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Lead: Lead the site engineering team and act as the mechanical engineering champion on site. Carry out and oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services systems. Diagnose, fault-find and rectify complex mechanical faults and plant issues. Ensure building services systems operate efficiently and maintain optimum environmental conditions.
