Lead Technical Architect - SC Cleared - AWS AuthenticationSR2 is supporting a high-profile, customer-facing digital programme and is looking for an experienced Lead Technical Architect to provide technical leadership and architectural direction across a complex delivery environment.This is a senior, hands-on leadership role, taking ownership of technical strategy and outcomes, guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex design decisions and ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and aligned to wider programme objectives.Due to the nature of the programme, candidates must hold active SC clearance.ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the technical architecture and direction across multiple delivery teams and workstreamsProvide technical leadership to Technical Architects, Software Engineers and other technical specialistsSet architectural standards, principles and guardrails to support consistent technical deliveryLead complex technical decision-making, assessing trade-offs and providing clear architectural recommendationsTake ownership of technical outcomes from initial design through to implementation and live serviceLead the architecture and integration of authentication, identity and authorisation services across customer-facing applicationsEnsure solutions meet appropriate security, scalability, resilience and performance requirementsWork closely with engineering, product, delivery and security teams to translate programme objectives into effective technical ..... full job details .....
