Lead Passive Fire Protection Surveyor Location: London and Essex (Site Based) Salary: £45,000 £50,000 DOE + Benefits The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lead Passive Fire Protection Surveyor to join a well-established and market-leading passive fire protection specialist with decades of experience delivering high-quality fire protection services across healthcare, commercial, residential, education, student accommodation, industrial and infrastructure sectors. The business has a strong reputation for getting it right first time, maintaining longstanding client relationships and delivering works to the highest standards. You will be leading a small, established team of two surveyors, taking ownership of the full survey process from initial order through to final report across London and Essex. The Role As Lead Passive Fire Protection Surveyor, you will take full ownership of the survey function, combining hands-on fire stopping and compartmentation surveys with coordination, pricing support and client relationship management. Fire stopping is the primary focus of the role, with fire door knowledge a valuable additional skill. You will use Bolster and OneTrace to record and report findings, and will play a key role in supporting the wider business through business development and tender activity.
