Lead Passive Fire Protection Surveyor in Chelmsford £35,000-£65,000 Full-Time Competitive Benefits Are you an experienced Passive Fire Protection Surveyor with strong technical knowledge and hands-on installation experience? This is an excellent opportunity to take on a lead surveying role, combining site-based surveying with coordination, client engagement, reporting and business development. The Role Carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys Identify defects and non-conformances against relevant regulations, standards and manufacturer requirements Coordinate survey schedules, RAMS, equipment and labour Produce accurate, high-quality survey reports Prepare survey information and data for costing and project pricing Attend site visits and build strong professional relationships with clients Support client engagement and identify opportunities for additional services Contribute to business development, advertising and tender submissions Maintain high standards of health and safety, compliance and industry best practice Investigate non-conformances and maintain accurate records Support colleagues and provide professional leadership within the surveying function What We''re Looking For Proven experience in passive fire protection surveying Hands-on installation experience with fire protection systems - essential Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, standards and industry requirements Experience ..... full job details .....
