10+ years of work experience in software engineering with React;Banking experience, specifically credit experience;Experience working with Javascript, Typescript and modern frameworks and platforms like React.JS, Next.JS;Hands on experience with React and knowledge of advanced patterns;Good understanding of best practices in terms of using SSR, CSR or hybrid approaches;Experience with CI/CD workflows and writing automated tests;Experience using cloud platforms like AWS, GCP or Azure;Markup and styling with HTML5 and CSS3;Unit testing using Jest or Enzyme;User Interface Performance and Responsiveness;Previous experience in balancing technical priorities with business needs and aligning teams with organisational goals while maintaining technical standards;A strong interest in understanding market dynamics and identifying customer needs to drive strategic decision-making and business growth;Experience in mentoring engineering teams, fostering collaboration and providing guidance when needed.How you\''ll make an impact
