Lead Solutions Architect and Development Lead

Liverpool Hybrid Working Competitive Salary We''re looking for an experienced Lead Solutions Architect and Development Lead to join our senior IT team, reporting directly to the IT Director. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you''ll shape the firm''s technology strategy while remaining actively involved in software development, architecture, database management and team leadership. You''ll play a key role in designing scalable enterprise solutions for a 1,000-user organisation and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver technology that drives the business forward. Key Responsibilities Lead the design of enterprise-wide software architecture and technical solutions. Develop and maintain business-critical applications using C#/.NET, Python, SQL and React. Design and build REST APIs and integrations with third-party systems, including our Case Management System. Oversee Microsoft SQL Server environments, T-SQL development and Power BI reporting. Lead, mentor and develop the MI and Application Development team using Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps. Work with senior business leaders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
