Established in 2022, they have scaled rapidly and are now looking to strengthening their operational team with a Lead Solar Electrician / Qualified Supervisor. The company specialises in an advanced integrated solar tile system designed to fit seamlessly into standard roof constructions. Most of the work is on new build domestic developments, with larger commercial projects now entering the pipeline. You will be responsible for full Solar PV Installations whilst overseeing the full operational output of their solar projects and working alongside and managing subcontract teams of up to 12 installers and roofers on site. There will be scope to also train up new apprentices as well. The role is a varied so it’s not 100% on the tools.
