Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development and support of business-critical software applications. Develop robust full stack solutions using Python and modern web technologies. Mentor and support other developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing and technical guidance. Contribute to software architecture, system design and integration across multiple applications. Help define and promote development standards, best practices and engineering processes. Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
