Lead Software Developer - Whiteley, Salary - £65000 to £75000 My client are a Financial services company based in Fareham. They are looking for a Senior/Lead Software Developer with skills in ASP.Net, MVC, and C#. My client are looking for a Tech Lead Developer with hands on experience in Microsoft Technologies, ASP.Net and MVC .NET Core and who can be hands on with coding as well as be the Technical Lead of a small development team. This role is more focused on Technical Leadership, Mentoring and Software Development, rather than people management and team leading. This role is paying up to £75k (depending on experience) and is on-site full-time.Skills needed for this role: • 8 plus experience in C# using .NET Framework (4.8+ - ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API and Web Forms, Windows Services) • Experience in using .NET 8 (Razor, Razor Pages, Web API) • Experience in working with ORMs (Entity Framework/Entity Framework Core preferred) • Intermediate level experience using Source Control (GIT preferred) • Intermediate level experience in using and coding SQL Server, Stored Procedures and T-SQL • Experience in working in a collaborative commercial development environment • Experience with configuring Windows Server and IIS This role is 5 days a week in the office.
