This role provides technical leadership across all software development activities, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-quality software that supports the performance, safety, reliability, and functionality of the company''s core products.Working within a fast-paced small to medium-sized engineering environment, you will lead a team of software engineers across BSW and Application Software, define software architecture, drive software planning, documentation, and organisation, and collaborate closely with systems, electronics, mechanical, and test teams to deliver advanced electric drive technologies from concept through validation and production.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of embedded software for electric drive systems, including BSW, Application Software, motor control, charging, DC-DC control, diagnostics, and system functionsDefine and maintain software architecture aligned with system and product requirementsLead, organise, and mentor software engineers, promoting best practice across software development, planning, and documentationDefine software tools, methods, and processes, and lead technical decisions on design, architecture, and ASPICE-aligned developmentOversee the full software lifecycle from ..... full job details .....
