The Lead Developer will operate as a technical leader, embedded in one of our clients multi-disciplinary squads. You will act as key liaison between the Principal Developers and the development teams and will be responsible for the high-quality delivery of products.   You will have proven experience in acting as a lead for a development team. You are confident operating to agile principles and will thrive on collaborating with technical minds across Engineering, as well as translating customer needs into features.  You will take technical decisions in line with the overarching strategic direction and ensure standards are applied consistently.
