Key Responsibilities Lead all shipping, dispatch, and receiving activitiesPlan and coordinate customer shipments to meet delivery schedulesEnsure all shipping documentation, labels, and ASN (Advance Shipping Notifications) are accurate and compliantManage SAP / ERP systems for shipping and inventory movementsCoordinate with third-party logistics providers to book and track shipmentsSupport goods-in operations, including booking stock and verifying deliveriesOversee import/export processes, ensuring compliance with UK customs and HMRC regulationsPrepare and validate customs and export documentationInvestigate and resolve delivery discrepancies and logistics issuesMonitor KPIs, reporting, and performance metricsLead root cause analysis and continuous improvement activitiesSupport and guide the shipping and receiving teamPromote health and safety standards across the department Skills ..... full job details .....
