Sexual Health South West London . This is a part-time fixed-term 12-month contract to cover a career break.
Responsibilities
Provide advanced sexual health advice, information, education, and counselling to patients diagnosed with sexually transmitted infections (including HIV).
Provide effective partner notification for STIs and HIV to fulfil a public health role by encouraging attendance and treatment of the contacts of patients.
Work as an autonomous practitioner, support and manage a small health advising team, and offer counselling support and behavioural change interventions including risk assessment and complex case management of patients.
