This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist ASC provision supporting students with Autism, ADHD and additional SEND needs. Working closely with the Head of Centre, you will help lead the provision, deliver high-quality teaching and support learners to achieve their academic, social and personal development goals. Key Responsibilities Support the Head of Centre in the day-to-day running of the specialist provision. Deputise when required. Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons to small groups of students. Adapt learning to meet EHCP targets and individual needs. Support and develop SEND staff and Learning Support Assistants. Monitor, assess and report on student progress. Contribute to Annual Reviews and personalised learning plans. Promote positive behaviour, independence and wellbeing. Work collaboratively with families, colleagues and external agencies.
