Lead Security Architect
On behalf of The Department for Transport, we are looking for a Lead Security Architect (Inside IR35) for a 6 Month contract based Remotely with occasional travel to the Nottingham office. SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing andamp; eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance. As a Lead Security Architect, your main responsibilities will be:. Lead and have responsibility for applying Security Standards, Security Policy Framework, and the Technology Code of Practice (TCOP). This includes "secure by design" andamp; ensuring "privacy by design" appropriate to the data being processed.. Be responsible and provide support for ensuring that designed solutions, are fit for purpose and meet security needs,. Lead the security architecture representation in the Enterprise Architecture governance process.
