It was 30 years ago when we were a small maintenance contractor with a single van; and it still is now we are a truly national company".About the Role:Due to a new contract win we are looking at hiring a Lead Scaffolder to join our local Scaffolding team undertaking high standard repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.As a Lead Scaffolder you will be working in and around the Milton Keynes area within our social housing contract, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.Main Duties Erecting and striking scaffoldingCreating different kinds of platforms, from simple scaffolding through to complex structures such as suspended scaffolding, Chimney stacks, scaffold access towers, independent scaffolds.Supporting the scaffold labourer and part two scaffolder.Working on-site in all weatherUnloading scaffolding equipment on-siteEnsuring a stable base for scaffoldingFixing scaffolding to buildings or structuresLaying planks for workers to walk on fixing guard rails and safety nettingAbility to ..... full job details .....
