Lead Salesforce Developer

We are looking for Senior Salesforce Tech Lead to jump on board our clients transformation programme, based in London:Key Responsibilities Take ownership of designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds.Partner closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and convert them into robust technical solutions.Provide technical leadership to the development team-setting coding standards, reviewing work, and ensuring best practices are followed.Manage and coach Salesforce developers, driving professional growth and high performance.Build custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and Middleware platforms.Uphold Salesforce security principles, data governance policies, and enterprise architecture standards.Contribute to CI/CD setup, automation, and deployment activities to streamline delivery.Remain up to date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and broader ecosystem developments.
