This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering responsibility, giving you the opportunity to lead talented engineers whilst contributing to the delivery of complex, high-performance RF systems. Working alongside technical specialists, project teams and engineering leadership, you''ll play a key role in driving both project success and team development. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of RF engineers, providing day-to-day technical guidance and support. Take ownership of complex RF design activities from concept through to delivery. Support the planning, coordination and execution of engineering work packages. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative RF solutions. Drive technical excellence and best practice across design, testing and validation activities. Ensure projects are delivered to quality, cost and schedule targets.
