The Role As Supported Housing Manager, you''ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a supported housing service, ensuring high standards of service delivery while supporting both your team and the people accessing the service. You''ll manage a team of 5 Recovery Workers and 1 Administrator, providing leadership, coaching and guidance to help deliver positive outcomes. Working closely with local partners and stakeholders, you''ll play a key role in maintaining service quality, developing partnerships and ensuring contractual standards are consistently achieved.
