Lead Recovery Worker - Activities and Involvement Coordinator
Job Introduction Join us as we launch a brand-new residential rehabilitation and Discharge to Assess service supporting people with complex mental health needs to achieve greater independence and successful move-on outcomes. At Turning Point, we believe recovery is possible for everyone. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Recovery Worker - Activities and Involvement Coordinator to help shape and develop The Stewarts, an innovative residential service providing both Intensive Enablement and Discharge to Assess (D2A) pathways. As the Activities and Involvement Coordinator, you will lead on creating meaningful opportunities that promote wellbeing, participation, social inclusion and personal development. You will play a key role in ensuring the people we support have opportunities to influence the service, develop new skills, build confidence and engage in their communities. Passionate about co-production and person-centred support, you will champion resident involvement and create a vibrant programme of activities that supports recovery and independence. Please note this role is a Recovery Worker role with a percentage of time spent doing activity coordinator duties.
