Lead React Native Engineer

Lead React Native Engineer/Outside IR35/Remote/6 Month Contract (Likely to extend) We are looking for an experienced React Native Engineer to take ownership of Front End delivery for a new digital platform within a fast-moving, start-up-style product team.You will build production-ready mobile and web experiences, work closely with product, UX, Back End, DevOps and architecture teams, and help shape the future Front End technology stack.A key part of the role will involve using AI coding tools to accelerate development. You must have the technical expertise to guide AI effectively, review generated code, identify hallucinations or poor solutions, and ensure everything is properly tested and production-ready.
