Lead Quantity Surveyor - Hybrid

The Role:

• Commercial management of an industrial construction project
• Cost control, valuations, variations and reporting
• Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and clients
• Supporting project delivery from a commercial perspective

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment
• Background in industrial, commercial or civil engineering projects preferred
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
• Ability to commit to a long-term site-based role
