Lead Quality Supervisor - Romsey (Onsite) - Up to £50,000We''re looking for an experienced Lead Quality Supervisor to play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality composite components used within the aerospace and defence sectors.This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative engineering business where you''ll take ownership of day-to-day quality assurance activities, working closely with manufacturing, engineering and production teams to ensure products meet the highest industry standards. You''ll combine hands-on inspection with quality leadership, helping drive continuous improvement across the business.What You''ll Be DoingLead day-to-day quality assurance and inspection activities across manufacturing.Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems.Carry out incoming, in-process and final inspection of composite components and assemblies.Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and GDandamp;T requirements.Produce inspection reports, quality documentation and measurement records.Support internal, customer and certification audits.Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), root cause investigations and CAPA activities.Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve quality, reduce defects and enhance manufacturing processes.Support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities and product validation.Ensure inspection equipment is calibrated and maintained.Collaborate with international manufacturing teams to ensure ..... full job details .....
