You will lead a dynamic team of QA professionals, driving best practices and enhancing our testing processes to ensure that our systems and applications meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and frameworks for our banking applications and systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to define quality standards and ensure alignment with business objectives.Analyse test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.Advocate for quality at all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance our quality assurance practices.
