Lead Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities Quality Systems and Process Development: Design and implement quality control systems and inspection procedures for new and existing products Develop APQP methodologies including FMEAs, control plans, and process capability studies Create electronic quality management systems to streamline data capture and reporting Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for non-conformances Product Development and Manufacturing Support: Partner with engineering teams during new product introduction phases Establish achievable process tolerances and quality specifications Generate inspection programs, tooling requirements, and standard operating procedures Support customer approval processes and documentation ..... full job details .....
