They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.You will be involved in:Define and execute the quality strategy for a range of defence projectsAlign quality objectives with business KPIs such as yield, cost-of-quality, and on-time deliveryAccurate reporting of team performance and program quality mattersManage a team to deliver against the requirementsOwn end-to-end quality assurance and control of the products Develop an audit schedule for the area and ensure those audits are undertaken with any corrective actions implementedYour skillset may include:Experience within a Defence, Aerospace, or other highly regulated manufacturing environmentPrevious leadership or management experience within a Quality functionProven ability to lead teams and deliver against quality and business KPIsExperience managing quality activities across complex projects or manufacturing programmesStrong understanding ..... full job details .....
