Job role: Project/ Lead Quantity Surveyor Location: Touchwood Solihull, Birmingham Duration: Permanent Starrt Date: September Salary: £75k - £90k (dependant on industry experience, projects worked on, etc) Responsibilities: Lead commercial activities across allocated project, ensuring accurate cost planning and control. Pricing Prepare cost estimates, budgets and forecasts at all project stages. Manage procurement processes including tendering, subcontractor negotiations, and supplier engagement. Maintain and update valuations, variations and interim payments. Monitor contract compliance and mitigate financial risk. Produce and issue financial reports to senior stakeholders.
