Our client, a leading entity in the Defence and Security sector, is currently seeking a Lead Project Professional Delivery to join their team on a contract basis, specialising in the delivery of the AVCX Capability. This role will be based primarily in Warton, with a hybrid working arrangement of four days per week on-site. This position comes with a fixed-term contract of six months.Key Responsibilities:Lead all project management aspects of delivering the AVCX CapabilityMaintain, execute, and deliver against the AVCX Schedule Level 3.5 and Level 4Analyse schedule performance and manage impacts to milestonesReport on the delivery of AVCX to senior management, including escalation of any key issuesTrack and manage project ADE''sIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and delivery challengesManage project forecasts and financial reporting into Alliance OBI reviewsDrive continuous improvement and apply Learning from ExperienceContinuously monitor performance against schedule, cost, and qualityJob Requirements:Proven experience in leading complex projects or capability deliveryExperience managing project schedules, budgets, and risksStrong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skillsThere will be an expectation for you to be on site in Warton to ensure ongoing build and commissioning activities are monitored and managed effectively.
