Lead Project Manager Location: AndoverSalary: £65,(Apply online only) £80,(Apply online only) + £7,(Apply online only) Car Allowance + BonusHours: Monday Thursday 8:00am 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am 4:30pmEmployment: Full-time, PermanentStart Date: ASAPThe Opportunity We are working with a well-established specialist in critical power, standby power and energy systems, with over 40 years'' experience supplying, installing, hiring and maintaining generators, UPS systems, switchgear and associated critical power infrastructure.Due to continued growth within their Capital Projects division, they are looking for an experienced Lead Project Manager to lead a team of Project Managers and Engineers while overseeing the successful delivery of complex technical projects.This is a senior position suited to someone who combines strong people and project management experience with a technical understanding of generators and critical power systems.The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager Projects, you will lead the Project Management function across multiple complex projects, working closely with Technical/Design, Sales, Engineering, Commercial and Finance teams.Projects typically range from £150k to £5m in value.Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop a team of Project Managers and Engineers.Provide senior-level support and decision-making across project delivery.Attend technical, commercial and contractual handover meetings.Support Project Managers with procurement, planning and ..... full job details .....
