Lead Project Coordinator - Data Systems Migration Liverpool/Hybrid (Flexible) 2 years (24 months) £275-350 per day (Outside IR35) An experienced Lead Project Coordinator is required for our museums client. The successful candidate will lead the migration of its Collections Management System from MIMSY XG to Axiell Collections. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a major transformation programme supporting one of the UK''s largest museum collections. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of a major Collections Management System migration. Manage project plans, governance, budgets and risks. Coordinate internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Produce project reports, business cases and funding updates. Support organisational change and adoption of new systems and processes. Line manage project team members and specialist contractors. Skills/Responsibilities: We''re keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate: Experience leading medium to large-scale data migration, systems implementation or transformation projects. Experience within museums, galleries, archives, libraries or similar cultural heritage organisations. Strong stakeholder management, supplier management and leadership experience. Excellent communication, planning and project delivery skills. Desirable: Knowledge of collections management systems such as MIMSY, Axiell or similar platforms.
