Their products and services help millions of people annually who have been impacted by failing FS companies, providing financial support and compensation to anyone affected by the above. They are currently driving an increased focus on delivering better customer experiences across their digital channels, improving and optimising user experience and data processes to positively impact key metrics around satisfaction, quality, claim time and more.

The Lead Product Manager will own their Advice squads, driving user centricity and supporting platform migration and transformation with a focus on leveraging automation and AI products to improve handle times. Ideally, you will be an experienced, outcome-driven Product Manager who has delivered robust programs of digital/software transformation with strong experience in agile and scrum teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and own the Advice squads, driving user-centric design and supporting platform migration and transformation with a focus on automation and AI products to improve handle times.

Deliver robust programs of digital/software transformation with strong experience in agile and scrum teams.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape product strategy and vision; communicate progress and outcomes effectively.

Work across technical and non-technical teams to translate complex problems into actionable roadmaps.

Drive optimization of claims journeys, portals or backend services where applicable.

Act as a player-coach with 1 to 2 direct PM reports, demonstrating people management experience.

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in software/platform transformation delivering scalable solutions.

Experience shipping products optimising complex processes, data and journeys.

Exceptional stakeholder skills, with gravitas to engage senior executives.

People management experience; able to act as a player-coach with direct PM reports.

Experience contributing to product strategy and vision.

Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Experience delivering product roadmaps via agile and scrum.

Experience optimising claims journeys, portals or backend services would be a plus.
