Lead Procurement Manager - Works andamp; Construction Duration: 6 months Location: London Excellent Rates*Public Sector Experience and relevant accreditation highly desirable* *Urgent 6 Month contract - Interviewing and hiring now!* This is a *London* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on *Leading complex end-to-end public-sector procurements, including procurements above relevant thresholds.* Role Overview We are seeking experienced Lead Procurement Managers to lead complex, high-value procurement activity within the Works and Construction category. The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end procurement exercises, provide strategic commercial advice to senior stakeholders, and ensure procurement activity complies with relevant public-sector legislation and internal governance requirements. This is a senior procurement role requiring strong experience across public-sector procurement, Works/construction, NEC3/NEC4 contracts, commercial strategy and contract management. Key Responsibilities Lead complex end-to-end public-sector procurements, including procurements above relevant thresholds. Ensure procurement activity complies with PCR 2015, the Procurement Act 2023 and internal procurement policies. Lead category and procurement strategies across the Works/Construction category.
