mainly onsite in the Aylesbury area

due to the hands-on nature of laboratory experiments. The company is flexible and allows remote work when practical.As Principal / Lead Scientist, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Scientist on innovative research experiments focused on Aluminium Hydroxide from clean Hydrogen production. Existing projects involve partnerships with industry leaders and advanced technology. Experience with Aluminium Hydroxide, Green Hydrogen, or Filtration is preferred. A PhD or Master’s in Chemistry, Engineering, or Environmental Science is required. Prior experience in the Energy or Chemical sector is advantageous, with Chemical Engineering or Material Science experience being a plus. Strong knowledge of chemistry principles and modern laboratory techniques (X-ray, spectroscopy, mechanical, electrical properties) is essential. Occasional travel within the UK and possibly rare overseas conferences may be required.
