The Role – Lead Practitioner Teacher

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and motivated Lead Practitioner Teacher to join a dedicated and forward-thinking school team in the Dudley area of the West Midlands.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced classroom practitioner who is passionate about raising standards, driving excellence in teaching and learning, and supporting both pupils and colleagues to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting high-quality teaching practice across the school while maintaining high expectations for pupil progress, behaviour, and achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences
  • Support and develop high-quality teaching practice across the school
  • Act as a role model for staff through excellent classroom teaching
  • Contribute to school improvement strategies and curriculum development
  • Support colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and CPD activities
  • Monitor pupil progress and implement strategies to raise attainment
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Promote high standards of behaviour, achievement, and wellbeing

  • Be a qualified teacher with proven classroom success
  • Have experience of improving outcomes for pupils
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills
