* Salary: -214.41 - 236.67 per day (Leadership Scale L4-L8)
* Contract: Full-time, long term



Lead Practitioner for Inclusion Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Practitioner for Inclusion to join a dynamic and forward-thinking primary school. This is a key leadership role within the senior leadership team, focused on driving inclusive practice across the school and ensuring all pupils are supported to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will take strategic responsibility for inclusion and special educational needs, ensuring all provision aligns with the SEND Code of Practice. You will play a vital role in shaping a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:
* Proven experience in a leadership or senior teaching role
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* The ability to undertake the role of SENCO and fulfil statutory responsibilities
* Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
* A track record of improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
* The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently
* Strong ICT skills, including knowledge of Office 365
* Experience working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
