Lead Power Automate Engineer

Lead Power Automate Engineer is required by a global Software Company and to lead the design, development and delivery of automation solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a lead technical role with hands-on delivery and solution ownership, where you will be responsible for: Leading the design, development and deployment of automation solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform. Identifying automation opportunities by analysing business processes and translating requirements into scalable technical solutions. Establishing automation standards covering governance, security, performance, monitoring, maintainability and data privacy. Integrating Power Platform solutions with APIs, Azure services, SQL databases and other enterprise systems. Monitoring solution performance, measuring adoption and driving continuous improvement. Mentoring team members, leading technical reviews and promoting best practices across automation initiatives. Required experience and skills: Extensive experience designing and delivering automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse. Strong understanding of Power BI and Microsoft 365 services. Azure services and SQL. Knowledge of Azure integration services, DevOps, CI/CD, source control and application life cycle management.
