Lead Power Automate Developer/Lead Automation Engineer There are two Locations for this role: London and Germany (Haar) Salary: Up to £77,000/Year (UK) | €90,000/Year (Germany) Must Have experience - Power Automate, Power Apps, O365, SQL, Dynamics 365, AI (Artificial Intelligence), RPA Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Power Automate Developer to join their AI andamp; Data Team, leading the design and delivery of enterprise automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you''ll drive automation strategy, mentor developers, and deliver solutions that create measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development and deployment of enterprise automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI, Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 technologies. Experience in RPA is a must. Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions. Own the end-to-end automation life cycle, from discovery and solution design through to testing, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement. Develop cloud flows, approval workflows, event-driven automations and integrations with enterprise platforms including Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL and Microsoft Graph.
