Lead Portfolio Manager - Digital Railway / ETCS Location: Kings Cross (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) Contract: 12 months Rate: 527/day Umbrella IR35: Inside IR35We are seeking an experienced Lead Portfolio Manager to support a major digital railway programme, helping deliver the national rollout of European Train Control System (ETCS) technology across passenger fleets.The role will focus on managing and coordinating onboard fitment projects, ensuring successful delivery across scope, cost, programme and governance requirements.
