TransUnion''s Job Applicant Privacy Notice Team OverviewThe Global Business Platforms team is responsible for the operational stability, release management, governance, and ongoing optimisation of key business platforms deployed across the UK region. The team partners closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable platform delivery.This role reports into Senior Director of Platform Engineering. Role Overview And Core ResponsibilitiesLeading the regional execution of major, minor, and emergency releases through automated CI/CD pipelines, ensuring timely, controlled, and high-quality deployments.Coordinating post-deployment validation with Global Platform testers, ensuring issues are identified, documented, and resolved efficiently.Supporting and deputising for the Operations and Technical Release Manager across the full CAB ticket lifecycle, maintaining deployment traceability and compliance.Leading and prioritising Kanban workflows in partnership with the Operations and Technical Release Manager, supporting effective tracking and continuous improvement of release processes.Coordinating regression testing and change activity for Global Business Platforms deployed in the UK region, ensuring updates are validated, documented, and aligned with stakeholder requirements.Providing technical leadership for platform operations, monitoring, incident management, and escalation processes to ensure compliance with SLAs, SLOs, RTOs, and service ..... full job details .....
